Canceling an Order

You may cancel your order free of charge provided that your request is received before your order has been packed and shipped.

Orders That Have Already Been Dispatched

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer possible to cancel it.

If you decide that you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, you may return it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, provided it satisfies the applicable return conditions.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is accepted before shipment:

• A full refund will be issued using your original payment method.

• Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

• Most refunds are completed within 10 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Cancellation requests cannot normally be accepted for:

• Orders that have already been shipped.

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Items produced according to the customer's specifications.

• Orders that have already entered an advanced stage of fulfillment where cancellation is no longer operationally possible.

Changes to Order Information

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact details, or order information, please contact us immediately.

While we will make every reasonable effort to update your order before dispatch, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once order processing has begun.

Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers

Consumers residing within the European Union may have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable consumer protection legislation and any legal exceptions.
